Brian Piccolo (#41) is perhaps the most famous name associated with Wake Forest University football. An All-American in 1964 when he led the nation in rushing and scoring, Piccolo later become nationally recognized and saluted for his valiant battle against cancer while a member of the Chicago Bears.
